Join vocal coach Anna van Riel and clinical massage therapist Sonya Horne for an afternoon of joy and connection as we recalibrate our bodies through posture, breathwork and a good ol’-fashioned holler to the mountains.
This two hour session will provide a combination of method and song as we learn to build a functional vocal toolbox and then put it to the test…together.
Bring a water bottle and arrive well-hydrated.
This session is suitable for early teens all the way through to seniors.
